Subject: Hospice Minimum Wage Addon

This letter contains information for your Hospice Medicaid Minimum wage add on rate for calendar year 2023. The rates are attached to this letter.

The individual survey results from the 2022 Hospice Minimum Wage surveys have been incorporated into the January 1, 2023, Hospice rate, effective in cycle 2405, check release date 11/01/2023.
