The P&T Committee will review specific clinical issues regarding Medicaid pharmacy policy. After hearing public comments, and reviewing information provided by interested parties, the P&T Committee will make recommendations to the Commissioner of Health on proposed changes. The Commissioner will make final determinations after considering the Committee's recommendations and input from advocacy and other interest groups.

To assure public input into the process, the agenda for the P&T Committee will be on this website prior to the meeting. The P&T Committee meeting will include a public comment session, where representatives can provide additional information regarding issues before the P&T Committee. A summary of the recommendations and the Commissioner's final determinations will also be available on this website.
