Single Source Procurement: Surveillance and Investigation Activities for Licensed Home Care Service Agencies
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Office of Aging and Long-Term Care, has increased the funding and extended the contract term in order to secure the continued services of the New York County Health Services Review Organization (NYCHSRO). Continued use of NYCHSRO is critical to avoid a gap in these essential surveillance services.
