Single Source Procurement: New York State Donate Life Registry Contract Extension
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), the New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, material, and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. Due to procurement delays, the Division of Hospitals and Diagnostic and Treatment Centers will execute a one-year single source cost extension for contract C036259 with the New York Alliance for Donation (NYAD) dba Donate Life New York State (DLNYS). The contract provides administrative support and operation of the New York State Donate Life Registry.
