Single Source Procurement: NYSACHO Immunization Technical Assistance

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Division of Vaccine Excellence (DOVE) could not complete a competitive procurement at this time as NYSACHO has had a long-standing contract and has the most familiarity with the operations of the Local Health Departments. This vendor is also a New York State based entity.
