Single Source Procurement: Alzheimer’s Disease Community Assistance Program
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
The New York State Department of Health intends to extend the contract for 12 months with the Coalition of NYS Alzheimer’s Association Chapters, Inc to continue to deliver the Alzheimer’s Disease Community Assistance Program for the complete term of 7/1/23- 6/30/24. The Contract Reporter Exemption Request was needed to avoid a gap in critical service delivery to allow for a competitive RFA to be released and awarded.
