Single Source Procurement: Increasing COVID-19 Immunization for Tribal Nations and/or Urban Communities
Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.
Upstate Medical University (Upstate), the Onondaga Nation, and the Onondaga Nation Health Center will collaborate to develop culturally appropriate educational materials in order to build confidence in COVID-19 vaccinations and increase the number of Natives vaccinated.
