Description: The New York State Office of the State Comptroller’s Bureau of Contracts on July 11, 2022 approved a request for exemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter to amend the nine (9) contracts for Regional Resource Development Centers (RRDC) for Combined Administration of Nursing Home Transition and Diversion (NHTD) and Individuals with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Home and Community Based Medicaid Waivers Request for Applications (RFA) with 8 various vendors.

Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the unique qualifications of the selected firm/entity, a competitive procurement was not feasible in this instance.
