Single Source Procurement: Medicaid Accelerated eXchange and Train-the-Trainer

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. This contact extension will allow KPMG to finalize the second round of the Medicaid Accelerated eXchange and Train-the-Trainer series, as well as complete a third cycle of such services. Upon expiration of this contract, it is the Department’s intent to re-procure for these services competitively through the RFP process.
