Single Source Procurement: Clinical Education Enhancement

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The vendor was awarded this contract via a competitive bid. Work was initiated for quite some time due to no fault of the selected bidder. The contract is amended to allow the Department time to submit the necessary proofs enabling the vendor to initiate and complete the work.
