Single Source Procurement: Regional Lead Resource Centers

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law § 163.10(b), The New York State Department of Health is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances, and material and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible. The New York State Department of Health, Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, has made a determination to issue a Single Source Procurement to three (3) vendors to support ongoing currently funded projects.

These vendors will continue to support health care providers, local health departments, and communities in preventing childhood lead poisoning and identifying and caring for children and pregnant individuals exposed to lead.
