Single Source Procurement: Tuberculosis Public Health Campaign Grant

Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163.10(b), the New York State Department of (DOH) is presenting the following summary of relevant circumstances and substantial reasons why a competitive procurement was not feasible.

The Tuberculosis (TB) Public Health Campaign utilizes funding to be awarded to Local Health Departments in rest of state for TB Testing and treatment. The funds are used for refugees first, but also can be used for any other refugee population including asylum seekers. All refugees are tested for TB and must be treated when they enter this country as a refugee.
