PPS appealed the Independent Assessor´s findings relative to Active Engagement of patients in Projects 2.b.iii.

Community Partners of Western New York´s Project 2.b.iii had an initial determination of Pass and Ongoing. On appeal the PPS bought to the IA´s attention a "miscalculation on the cumulative number of engagements previously reported." As a result, the IA overturned the original decision.

Community Partners of Western New York´s Project 3.a.i had an initial determination of FAIL. On appeal the PPS stated that they believe they accurately reported their numbers and should be awarded their Actively Engaged AV. Upon further review the IA determined its analysis that the PPS did not meet 80% of its Actively Engaged commitments to be correct and upheld its original determination.
