Physical Activity and Nutrition	Samaritan Medical Center Carthage Area Hospital River Hospital			Work with Tug Hill and the Village of Adams to integrate Safe Routes to Schools (SRTS) grant with public health goals. Develop a curriculum to use with SRTS to encourage parental support for students to walk and bicycle to school safety. Continue involvement with School Wellness meetings. Provide examples of policies to CHOOSE (Coalition for Healthy Outcomes in Our School Environments) members. Provide training on policy development to elected officials. Educate employees at worksites. Assist localities with increasing farmers market availability. Assist schools and farmers with implementing or furthering their Farm to School Program.
