Chris Mayone wears many hats as the behind-the-scenes workhorse keeping the business of the Albany County Health Department functioning on a day-to-day basis. Chris' efficient and timely grant vouchering facilitates the Department's ability to have resources available to develop programs that provide critical disease control and health education programs and address our community's health disparities. Chris's efforts touch every division, from paying the bills, to vouchering for revenue under grants that support the Department. Chris is an active participant in public health emergency drills, and collaborates with all volunteers, interfaces with community partners to process payments that enable outreach programs to improve health equity in the community. Despite whatever work pressure may exist Chris cheerfully and professionally offers his services to resolve and provide assistance across a wide spectrum of topics.
