Aaron Lazzara was hired as a Sanitarian in 2002 and has served as Assistant Director of Environmental Health for Madison County for the past 10 years. He effectively manages the public water supply program, as well as assisting in the administration of all environmental health programs. He is being recognized for his efforts leading to our EH Division's successful implementation of eForms as part of the Year 3 Article 6 Incentive Program. These efforts included coordinating and securing tablets, ensuring proper downloading of eForms and training field staff on its use, and verifying that inspections were completed in accordance with incentive criteria. Aaron's efforts resulted in Madison County achieving a 97% eForm accomplishment rate, Aarons efforts and those of our field staff deserve the PH Honor Roll recognition for their dedicated, hard work.
