  • Option 1 Prescriptions, Prescribing, or Dispensing
    • For questions regarding the Official Prescription Program, including registrations, lost or stolen prescription reports, obtaining a Health Commerce System (HCS) or on-line ordering over the HCS, press 1
    • For questions regarding the Prescription Monitoring Program, including the Controlled Substance Information on Dispensed Prescriptions Program (also known as CSI) or if you are a practitioner who received a Drug Utilization Profile Report, or a letter advising of the need to provide an Official New York State prescription to a Pharmacy, press 2
    • For questions regarding Controlled Substance Prescribing and Dispensing, press 3
