Samuel Rulli, Senior Public Health Engineer, Rockland County Department of Health

Samuel Rulli has been instrumental in directing Rockland County Department of Health's implementation of Performance Management Systems and Quality Improvement Initiatives. Employing these practices allows for better communication of the Department's activities, benefits the community, and assures that the strategies and actions of our programs support our intended public health mission. Sam is also a dedicated and integral part of our Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) Accreditation Team. When Sam is not working to improve our organizational accountability, he is busy in his Senior Public Health Engineer role of ensuring the safety of the public and private water supplies and bathing facilities in Rockland County.
