Lisa Wissman, Coordinator, Children with Special Health Care Needs Program Early Intervention, Sullivan County Public Health Services

Lisa has served children with special health care needs, and their families, for her entire public health career in public health, first as an Early Intervention (EI) Program caseworker for another health department. She then transferred to Sullivan County and was promoted to a supervisory position. She now oversees two service coordinators and three fiscal staff who do billing for EI and PRE-K programs. She works hard to ensure the integrity of the programs and that services are provided in the best interest of the children and families of Sullivan County.
