Jeffrey has held his position at the Tompkins County health department since August 2015. He has been instrumental in improving billing processes and revenue management for the Community Health Services team. Through his leadership they have realized more efficient workflow and billing processes for timely revenue receipt, improved customer service, and improved staff productivity. In addition, Jeffrey has been a vital member of the management team preparing for new documentation software for Community Health Services and for improving performance evaluation tools for both managerial and non-managerial staff.
