Kerry VanAuken was hired 15 years ago as a Public Health Educator. She currently holds the title of Senior Public Health Educator, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and Coordinator of the Performance Management and Quality Improvement (PMQI) Program. Kerry has been instrumental in guiding the department through the process of achieving public health agency accreditation. She continues to demonstrate great skill in establishing collaboration among many community partners and county residents to achieve better health outcomes in Seneca County. Kerry serves as a role model for colleagues through her professionalism, dedication and sense of integrity make her an ideal recipient of the Public Health Works recognition.
