The Bureau of Managed Long Term Care / FFS in the Division of Finance and Rate Setting of the Office of Health Insurance Programs, calculates and administers fee-for-service Medicaid rates for the provision of long term health care services provided by Nursing Homes, Adult Day Health Care, Home Care (Certified Home Health Agencies and Long Term Home Health Care Program), Personal Care, Assisted Living Program, Foster Care and Hospice.
